The Staff Was Incredibly Sensitive
I just want to comment on the wonderful care that your staff has provided. I had to have a thyroid biopsy yesterday and was quite nervous about the whole thing. The staff was incredibly sensitive and did a wonderful job of making me feel totally relaxed. They are wonderful and I hope you appreciate them as much as I do. Their names were A. Fischer, K. Williams and J. Wille. An awesome team!
I have been a patient at your facility too many times recently and have been so impressed every time, but this one was even more special because of my anxiety level. Thank you for being such a patient friendly facility.
