We will discuss the fundamentals of a basic golf swing, as well as tips and strategies on how to improve your strength and flexibility allowing for a smooth, efficient golf swing. You will also get a chance to put this into practice on the range under the guidance of a PGA professional from the George Vitense Golf Academy.
