Medical Interests:
Dr. Duca works with individuals who are having difficulty coping with chronic health conditions or physical disabilities, adjusting to new medical diagnoses, or who are struggling to make positive changes to improve their health. She also provides support to patients whose health is negatively impacted by psychological concerns including depressed mood, anxiety, and stress. Trained in an interdisciplinary model of care, she focuses on empowering patients to maintain a high level of emotional and physical well-being throughout their lives.

Dr. Duca can treat patients with a variety of conditions, including but not limited to: endocrine disorders, neurological disorders, gastrointestinal disorders, difficulty with chronic pain, and patients who are recovering from changes in physical or cognitive functioning. Areas of particular interest include cognitive behavioral and mindfulness-based interventions, relaxation and stress management techniques, and working with family caregivers.
