Whether it’s due to the holiday rush, or a deadline at work, relaxation tends to take a back seat. Here is an easy and effective way to relax and re-energize.

Sit back in your chair, with legs apart and bent. Have both feet flat on the floor. Lean forward, bring chest to thighs, and let head and arms hang comfortably. Close eyes and breathe slowly. It takes just a few moments to sink into this tension releasing position.
