Over the years, Meriter donated 45 cars to Rawhide, which is more than any other organization. The total value of the cars is estimated at $90,000 – that is enough financial support for three boys to complete the Rawhide program.
In recognition of Meriter’s donations to Rawhide, Meriter received a solid wood Bart Starr football that will be on display in the trophy case across from the Administration Department in Meriter Hospital.
