As of today, 
Meriter DeForest-Windsor is officially open for business. The clinic, located on the corner of Hwys. 19 & 51, offers primary care, medical imaging, lab and therapy services. Appointments can be made by calling the clinic at 608.417.3300.
The clinic offers same-day appointments, as well as extended hours for patients’ convenience.
The initial team of physicians include:
- Scott Gyorog, MD - Internal Medicine & Pediatrics
- Mon Lun Yee, MD – Family Medicine
Two additional physicians will join the team in November:
- Jocelin Reatiraza, MD – Internal Medicine & Pediatrics
