Join us on August 18, as we celebrate the opening of Meriter’s newest clinic – Meriter DeForest-Windsor – located on the intersection of Hwys 19 & 51.
Stop by between 5 and 7 p.m. and enjoy fun for the entire family including golf swing analysis, kids’ activities, physician meet & greets, clinic tours and much more.
The clinic, which will provide a variety of primary care services for adults and children, will officially open on August 22. For our patients’ convenience, the clinic will also provide lab, imaging and therapy services.
Our initial team of primary care physicians will include Scott Gyorog, MD; Jocelin Reatiraza, MD; Jennifer Winter, MD; and Mon Lun Yee, MD.
