Meriter Receives Get with the Guidelines Award
Meriter receives Get with the Guidelines Silver Recognition for Coronary Artery Disease and Heart Failure Treatment.
Meriter is proud to announce receiving 2008 silver recognition from Get with the Guidelines related to our treatment of coronary artery disease and heart failure.
The award recognizes Meriter Hospital for having 12 consecutive months at 85% or higher adherence to evidence-based guidelines and recommendations.
Get with the Guidelines is a quality improvement program from the American Heart Association and American Stroke Association. By promoting the latest evidence-based treatment for patients with coronary artery disease, heart failure and stroke, Get With The Guidelines helps improve health and save lives.
Our peers include 518 hospitals throughout the United States, including six other hospitals located in Wisconsin.
