Community Health Education Center - 2 Atrium, Meriter Hospital

To attend classes or events at Meriter's Community Health Education Center, park in the Meriter Hospital ramp. (Meriter's street address is 202 S. Park Street.) The entrance to the ramp is a U-shaped driveway on Brooks Street, one block west of Park Street and parallel to it. Enter the hospital from the ramp entrance on Level 2, then turn left. The Community Health Education Center is the first department on the right side of the hall. Events are held in classrooms at the back of the Center. Check the signs next to the classroom doors for the name of your event. Bolz Auditorium - McConnell Hall

Bolz Auditorium is in McConnell Hall on the Meriter campus, at the corner of Brooks and Mound streets. McConnell's street address is 1010 Mound Street. Park in the Meriter Hospital ramp - the entrance is a U-shaped driveway on Brooks Street, one block west of Park Street and parallel to it. Take the ramp elevator to Level 2, and turn left exiting the elevator. You will re-enter the ramp at ground level and pass straight across it, and then across Brooks Street. Enter McConnell Hall through the right-most entrance on Brooks Street. Bolz Auditorium is straight ahead at the bottom of the stairs. Classroom 2 - McConnell Hall

Classroom 2 is in McConnell Hall on the Meriter campus, at the corner of Brooks and Mound streets. (Meriter's street address is 202 S. Park Street.) Park in the Meriter Hospital ramp - the entrance is a U-shaped driveway on Brooks Street, one block west of Park Street and parallel to it. Take the ramp elevator to Level 2, and turn left exiting the elevator. You will re-enter the ramp at ground level and pass straight across it, and then across Brooks Street. Enter McConnell Hall through the left-most entrance on Brooks Street. Classroom 2 is straight ahead, and is labeled "Emergency Medical Technician Training." Classroom 9 - McConnell Hall

Classroom 9 is in McConnell Hall on the Meriter campus, at the corner of Brooks and Mound streets. (Meriter's street address is 202 S. Park Street.) Park in the Meriter Hospital ramp - the entrance is a U-shaped driveway on Brooks Street, one block west of Park Street and parallel to it. Take the ramp elevator to Level 2, and turn left exiting the elevator. You will re-enter the ramp at ground level and pass straight across it, and then across Brooks Street. Enter McConnell Hall through the left-most entrance on Brooks Street. Turn left through a grey door and straight through the second grey door. Then follow the signage to Classroom 9. Center for Health Promotion Gathering Room - 9 Tower, Meriter Hospital

The Center for Health Promotion is at Meriter Hospital. (Meriter's street address is 202 S. Park Street.) Park in the Meriter Hospital ramp. The entrance to the ramp is a U-shaped driveway on Brooks Street, one block west of Park Street and parallel to it. Enter the hospital from the ramp entrance on Level 2 and turn right. Follow the lobby to the Tower elevators to the 9th floor. Take a left turn down the hallway. The first door on the left will say "Center for Health Promotion." Physical Therapy Gym - 9 Tower, Meriter Hospital

The Physical Therapy Gym is at Meriter Hospital. (Meriter's street address is 202 S. Park Street.) Park in the Meriter Hospital ramp. The entrance to the ramp is a U-shaped driveway on Brooks Street, one block west of Park Street and parallel to it. Enter the hospital from the ramp entrance on Level 2 and turn right. Follow the lobby to the Tower elevators and take the elevators to the 9th floor. (Depending on your class, you may need to register at Patient Registration in the lobby.)

Speech Department - 2 North, Meriter Hospital

To attend classes in Meriter's Speech Department, park in the Meriter Hospital ramp. (Meriter's street address is 202 S. Park Street.) The entrance to the ramp is a U-shaped driveway on Brooks Street, one block west of Park Street and parallel to it. Enter the hospital from the ramp entrance on Level 2, then turn right. Proceed past the information desk and Tower elevators, and turn right into the north wing. You can check in at the Physical Medicine and Rehabilitation Therapies reception desk on 2 North, near the north elevators. Meriter Physical Therapy Clinic - One S. Park Street

The Physical Therapy Clinic is at One S. Park Street, which is on the corner of Park and Regent Street. The main entrance is off Braxton Place (one block south of the Park-Regent intersection, at the skywalk). Turn onto Braxton Place from Park Street, then take the first left turn into the building driveway. Turn right into the parking ramp. Patient parking is on levels 1-4. Enter the building on the floor where you park, then proceed to the main elevator. Take the elevator to the 5th floor Physical Therapy Clinic. Physical Therapy at Harbor - 2521 Allen Boulevard in Middleton

From the stoplights at Hwy M/Century Avenue or University Avenue, turn onto Allen Boulevard. Across from the Middleton Springs Shopping Center, turn onto Lake Street. Turn left if you are coming from Century Avenue - turn right if you are coming from University Avenue. Take the first right into Harbor Athletic Club's parking lot. Proceed to the far end of the building. Meriter Physical Therapy is in the same building as the Harbor Athletic Club. Physical Therapy, East - 1765 Thierer Road in Madison

At the East Washington Avenue and Thierer Road intersection there is a set of stoplights. The businesses at this intersection are Denny's Restaurant, Arby's Restaurant, Office Depot, and CUNA Credit Union. Turn onto Thierer Road between CUNA Credit Union and Denny's Restaurant. Take the first left, pulling into the Avenue Shops parking lot for Rocky Rococo's Party Pizzeria. Continue straight into the parking lot, passing the Avenue Shops building on your right & CUNA Credit Union on your left. Meriter Physical Therapy is on your right next to Hobby Horse.
