Meriter MyChart
Securely access your medical information online at your convenience. If you receive care at any of our Meriter clinics and would like to access your medical information online, then click here to activate your MyChart account. After you make the request to activate your account, your personal activation code will be mailed to your home within 7 to 10 business days. Another option is to ask a clinic staff member to activate your account at your next clinic visit.
Online Bill Pay
You now have the option to pay your clinic bill online! Meriter’s online bill pay service allows you to securely submit payment for your health care bill in the most efficient manner possible – online with your credit card. To pay your clinic bill, go to meriter.com/billing.
Prescription Refills
If you need a prescription refilled, we ask that you call your clinic and leave a message. Please include the following information:
- Your name
- Your phone number
- Your date of birth
- Name of the pharmacy
- Amount and frequency of the medicine
We will call in your refill order to the pharmacy you designate within 24 hours, and notify you if there are circumstances that will not allow it to be refilled.
Lab Work and Tests
Meriter Clinics offer a full range of laboratory testing services on site. If you need to stop in for lab tests between appointments, it is helpful for you to call ahead of time so that we may prepare your lab orders. Unless your physician states otherwise, we will contact you with any lab work results that require follow up.
Hospitalist Care
If you should ever need to be admitted for hospitalization at Meriter Hospital, you are apt to be under the care of hospitalists - Meriter Medical Group Physicians who specialize in the care of hospital patients.
