Transformations Surgery Center, Inc., is a joint venture between Meriter Hospital and the University of Wisconsin Medical Foundation, Inc. with both owners setting high standards for patient care and safety in Wisconsin’s greater Madison area.
  
We are certified by the Centers for Medicare & Medicaid Services and offer fully-furnished operating suites with state-of-the-art monitoring equipment, surgical technology and comfort-lending anesthesia.

Transformations Surgery Center, Inc.'s goal is to provide personalized, time-saving services in a non-threatening, non-hospital environment. We provide credentialed physicians and patients with high-quality outpatient cosmetic and reconstructive surgery options that are as cost-effective as many inpatient surgeries.

Other goals and objectives of the Transformations surgery program are to:
