Pay Your Meriter Laboratories Bill Online - Our Bill Pay Service allows you to securely submit payment for your bill in the most efficient manner possible – online with your credit card.
   
Submit Your Supply Requisition - To order supplies, print out our Supply Requisition form. Fill out the form and fax it to Meriter Laboratories at (608) 417-6393.
