Heart health experts from Meriter Women’s HeartCare are available to speak to community groups about the risks, symptoms and prevention of heart disease in women.

HeartScarves

Given to women diagnosed with heart disease, HeartScarves is an initiative of WomenHeart: The National Coalition for Women with Heart Disease. The handmade red scarves are presented to women hospitalized with heart disease as a gesture of support while providing education about heart disease.

Since the effort began in 2009, Meriter has delivered scarves to over 300 women! Read more about this worthwhile program.
