Home Health & Home Care Agencies
A listing of area agencies and businesses that provide services specific to disability and recovery. Resources include caregiving, fitness after disability, leisure/travel and support organizations/ coalitions.
Home Health
Medicare-certified home health agencies. Included in this resource are home chore services, grocery delivery services, adult day centers and resources in 17 other categories.
Health Related Resources and Support Groups
This resource contains information on a variety of local, state and national support group and resource organizations. Information on 43 disabilities, conditions, illnesses and support services is included. Compiled by Meriter Physical Medicine & Rehabilitation.
