As a patient, you have the right to voice complaints regarding the quality of care and services you receive, and are assured that a complaint will in no way compromise your access to care. Meriter's Patient Representatives are available for any problems, concerns or complaints that hospital patients or their families may have while at Meriter. A representative will work on your behalf to address these issues.
To reach the Patient Representatives, call (608) 417-6462 (extension 6462 from inside the hospital). When the Patient Representatives are away from the hospital, the Nursing Administrative Coordinator will respond to any concerns that may arise. You can also talk to your physician, nurse or nurse manager at any time.
