Payment Options

Unpaid balances, including all applicable co-payments, co-insurance, deductibles and any non-covered services are the responsibility of the patient and must be paid within 30 days of receipt of the statement. Payments may be made via:

• Cash, check or money order
• Master Card
• Visa
• Discover

You may qualify for services at a reduced cost or no charge through the Meriter Financial Assistance for Healthcare Program, or you may be eligible for assistance through a government or community program.
