Q: Where can I pay my Meriter Consortium bill in full?
A: You can pay your Meriter Consortium bill in full at Meriter Labs Outpatient Department, 36 S. Brooks St., Madison, WI 53715 or at the Meriter Consortium Billing Department at the Meriter Business Offices 2180 W. Beltline Hwy, Madison, WI 53725.

We accept cash, check and credit card (Visa, MasterCard, American Express and Discover). You may also call the Billing Department directly and pay by credit card, (608) 417-3870. Please note you can also securely pay your bill online using our Bill Pay Service.


Q: Drug testing was performed on employees for my company; the invoice is only listing the patient's name as a number. How may I find out which employee this is for?
A: The nature of drug testing is highly confidential. If the patient's name is shown only as a number, then your company has designated individuals who have the links between the number and the individual employee. Only those designated individuals within your company may disclose the employee name as they deem appropriate. Meriter Consortium may only provide you with the designated contact people's names and phone number.
