 The Pediatric Care Area at Meriter Hospital provides care for children from birth to age 18. Our professional staff offers family-centered care in a friendly atmosphere.
Parents are encouraged to participate in their child's care as much as possible. Parents are also welcome to spend the night with their child if they wish.
Tours
The Pediatric Area offers individual tours to children and parents who have a planned admission. The tour will show you and your child what to expect when you come to the hospital.
If possible, the best time for a tour is within one week of the admission, depending on the age of the child. If you would like to arrange for a tour, please call one of our pediatric nurses at (608) 417-6202.
