 Expecting a baby is a stage of life filled with excitement and hope. There's also so much to do and so much to learn. Luckily, Meriter's here for you every step of the way.
Classes to help you prepare.
We offer classes on everything from childbirth preparation to infant massage - all taught by experienced nurses and certified instructors. We even offer a "boot camp" for new dads and special classes for siblings. And if you want to stay in shape during pregnancy, think about joining our
prenatal exercise classes. In addition to prenatal yoga, we offer a land- and
water-based exercise class called Exercise for Two. These are good workouts and great ways to meet other expectant moms.

our Birthing Center.
We welcome the opportunity to introduce you to our Birthing Center. We offer tours for expecting couples as well as special tours created for children looking forward to the arrival of a new sibling. A birth plan that you can customize.
You can customize a Birth Plan for your
family on our Web site. Writing a birth plan helps you to consider the many
decisions you will make during your labor and postpartum time at Meriter. It
also educates you and your support people in options available.
