Suggested wording for gifts to Meriter Foundation by will:
I give, devise, and bequeath (the sum of/percentage of/residue of my estate) to
Meriter Foundation (Federal ID 23-7098688), a unit of Meriter Health Services, a
not-for-profit corporation, with principal offices in Madison, Wisconsin, to be
used for (program name here) or as Meriter Foundation's Board may determine if
said purpose cannot be reasonably carried out.
