Meriter opened a state-of-the-art clinic off of McKee Road for the practices of Thomas Casper, MD, Arpad Olajos, MD, Cyndi Pickney, DO and Deborah Wubben, MD.

Meriter Medical Clinic-McKee is a modified Prairie Style structure, designed with the patient experience in mind. It features:

• Entry at grade level, wide halls and wide doorways to maximize handicap accessibility.
• Soothing colors, stone features, natural light from large windows, and artwork by Wisconsin artists for an inviting and comfortable environment.
• Sound-reducing insulation and design features for patient privacy and confidentiality.
• A large, comfortable meeting room that will be used for classes and community events.

Making Appointments

  
There is never a good time for an illness to arise or an injury to occur. Our staff strives to take the frustration out of appointment scheduling by accommodating your specific needs. We strive to stay on schedule, because we know how valuable your time is.

In order to be able to schedule ill patients on the same day they call the clinic, we hold open several appointment slots. If you feel you need to be seen on an urgent basis, we will likely ask you to speak with a clinical staff person who will assess your need and arrange for appropriate care.

Same Day Appointments - Same day appointments are available every day our clinic is open. Call early in the morning to schedule an appointment.

If you are unable to keep a scheduled appointment, we ask that you please notify us at least 24 hours in advance, if possible.
