Meriter Monona is accepting new patients and appointments. The new clinic offers easy access to extraordinary care for the whole family, including primary care, lab, state-of-the-art imaging and therapy services.
Services
It makes sense to receive all of your family's care in one place. Meriter Monona will offer the following services:
- Primary care for adults and children, including internal medicine and family medicine (coming in February: Pediatrics!)
- Obstetrics and Gynecology services through a partnership with UW Health
- Physical therapy, hand therapy and return to work therapy, including work site assessments, functional capacity evaluations and work restriction evaluations
- Lab
- Medical Imaging/Digital X-ray
- Bone Density
- OB Ultrasound

Making Appointments
There is never a good time for an illness to arise or an injury to occur. Our staff strives to take the frustration out of appointment scheduling by accommodating your specific needs. We strive to stay on schedule, because we know how valuable your time is.
In order to be able to schedule ill patients on the same day they call the clinic, we hold open several appointment slots. If you feel you need to be seen on an urgent basis, we will likely ask you to speak with a clinical staff person who will assess your need and arrange for appropriate care.
Same Day Appointments - Same day appointments are available every day our clinic is open. Call early in the morning to schedule an appointment.

Online Services
Meriter MyChart
Securely access your medical information online at your convenience. If you receive care at Meriter Monona and would like to access your medical information online, then click here to activate your MyChart account. After you make the request to activate your account, your personal activation code will be mailed to your home within 7 to 10 business days. Another option is to ask a clinic staff member to activate your account at your next clinic visit.
Online Bill Pay
You now have the option to pay your clinic bill online! Meriter’s online bill pay service allows you to securely submit payment for your health care bill in the most efficient manner possible – online with your credit card. To pay your clinic bill, go to meriter.com/billing.
Medical Imaging Technology
New Philips digital radiography helps to speed up exams and brings sharper image quality using a low X-ray dose. With conventional radiography, patients can be subjected to retakes and longer exam times. With the digital technology found on the DigitalDiagnost system, clinicians and patients will experience faster exam times and more detailed diagnostic images with fewer retakes or delays.
DigitalDiagnost employs both flat and wireless detectors for the acquisition of images, resulting in exceptional clarity. The system also employs a concept from Philips called DoseWise, featuring built-in safeguards that automatically allow clinicians to obtain the highest quality images using low doses of X-ray radiation.
