After-Hours Pediatric Care

The Meriter Pediatric After-Hours Clinic was created to assist busy families and assure easy appointment access beyond regular clinic hours. Staffed by Meriter pediatricians, the clinic is open to all patients age 0-18 who have a Meriter primary care physician or have physicians Plus insurance. Click here for more information.

MyChart and Medical Records

Meriter MyChart
Securely access your medical information online at your convenience. If you receive care at a Meriter clinic and would like to access your medical information online, then click here to activate your MyChart account. After you make the request to activate your account, your personal activation code will be mailed to your home within 7 to 10 business days. Another option is to ask a clinic staff member to activate your account at your next clinic visit.

Online Bill Pay

You now have the option to pay your clinic bill online! Meriter’s online bill pay service allows you to securely submit payment for your health care bill in the most efficient manner possible – online with your credit card. To pay your clinic bill, go to meriter.com/billing.
