By popular demand, we are now offering Yoga Basics at two convenient locations, and have expanded each series to 6 weeks.
Here are your options:
Tuesdays, 11:30 am - 12:15 pm at Meriter Hospital/McConnell Hall
Wednesdays, 11:45 am - 12:30 pm at the Meriter Business Center.
Join our Registered Yoga Teacher, Wendy, for a session that blends gentle aerobic movement, core strengthening, breath work and dynamic stretching. Each yoga session is designed to increase strength, flexibility, and energy by balancing bodily systems, boosting metabolism and reducing stress. This is not a flow-based class.
These weekly classes are created to match each student's personal fitness level and need. Everyone is welcome!
Please bring a mat or thick towel and dress comfortably.
