Yoga Basics


Join our certified Kundalini Yoga instructor, Rebekka, for an exercise retreat that blends dynamic breathing, movement, stretching, meditation, and the science of sequence. Kriyas, or yoga exercise sets, are designed to revive bodily systems, increase energy, balance strength and flexibility, reduce stress, and much more.  
Rebekka has been practicing and studying the whole body wellness benefits of yoga for over 13 years, experiencing not only yoga's physical benefits, but a deepened connection between mind, body and spirit. As a health, dance, and fitness enthusiast, Rebekka practices many styles of yoga, but her focus is on sharing the healing science of Kundalini Yoga with others.  Join Rebekka as she leads you through easy-to-achieve poses so you may also experience the many benefits of Kundalini Yoga.

These weekly classes are created to match each student's personal fitness level and need. Everyone is welcome.

What To Bring:  please bring a mat or thick towel and dress comfortably.

Directions:  Meriter Wellness Center is located off the Beltline (12/18) at 2501 W Beltline Highway in Suite 207. 

This class is eligible for reimbursement through Physicians Plus and Unity Health Plans.
