The classes are designed to assist you with developing diabetes knowledge and self-management skills as well as helping with behavior change. In addition, these classes give you the opportunity to expand your support network and to learn from others who are also living with diabetes. Our class sizes are small to allow for supportive group interaction. The content areas included in the classes are those specified in the National Standards for Diabetes Self-Management Education.
