Keynote Speaker, Shelby French MA/MSc, is the Executive Director of the International Organization for Adolescents. She has 20 years of experience, including time spent working as the Program Officer for Humanitarian Grants for the Rotary Foundation and as a social services manager for the anti-trafficking program at Heartland Alliance. In addition to work with the International Organization for Adolescents, she currently teaches a course on the issues of child trafficking at Loyola University.
