Program content is also configured to support the achievement of the personal goals identified within the individual professional development plan written by each resident.
Individual assessment of resident learning needs and creation of a professional development plan.
Linkage with unit-based orientation processes and clinical preceptors.
Ongoing learning sessions to discuss clinical and nursing leadership topics with Meriter Hospital experts representing clinical nurse specialists, clinical nurse educators, nurse leaders, physicians, other interdisciplinary care team members and human resource development personnel.
